HI THERE

DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO COMPLETLY RESTORE THE SAMSUNG JET TO FACTORY SETTINGS?

TRIED EVERYTHING AND LOOKUP ON NET BUT NO JOY

ANY HELP WOULD BE FANTASTIC

If you are looking to get the phone set back to the factory settings, you will need to get this done by an engineer as there is no way to do this through the phone. You can see if there is a local service centre to you via our Service Centre Locator at http://www.samsung.com/uk/support/location/supportServiceLocation.do?page=SERVICE.LOCATION. If there isn't one close to you then you can call us on 08456 726 7864 to arrange a postal repair. Please be aware though that this may be a chargeable repair.

try *2767*3855# for full reset or *2767*2878# for custom reset attention! with bowth codes you will lose all the data(agenda, pictures..messages etc)

Please do not try these codes on the phone. If you do then you will void the manufacturing warranty on your phone. The only way to be sure that the phone is set back to the factory settings is to send the phone to an engineer.
