You will be able to get the settings sent back to your phone from this website. If you click on Support near the top left of this page, then select configure phone, then wap settings from near the left hand side. From here you can enter your details eg network, phone number etc. and the settings will be sent to your phone.

Just follow the instructions with the message and they will install on your phone.
